Are you ready for Doors Open Day Aberdeen 2018?

Doors of selected properties will be thrown open on Saturday 8 September 2018 for the annual celebration of Aberdeen's architectural heritage.

Organised by the University of Aberdeen, a record thirteen properties will be open for the first time including Ferryhill Heritage Railway Centre and the Masjid Alhikmah and Community Centre in Nelson Street, in addition to many old favourites. Fifty properties in total are contributing to the event.

Doors Open Day is Scotland's largest free annual architectural event. It is coordinated nationally by the Scottish Civic Trust and is part of European Heritage days alongside Scottish Archaeology Month, coordinated by Archaeology Scotland.
